Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.

Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.

Note Sone® carpet tiles are thicker carpet tiles
SONE® carpet tiles are thicker (±9 mm) due to the extra insulation layer, compared to standard backing carpet tiles which are usually between 5 and 7 mm thick. Please take this into account when installing or combining carpet tiles.
Due to the additional insulation, these tiles are NOT suitable for underfloor heating.
