Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.

Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.

Madritum is suitable for any project environment and maintains its appearance even under heavy use. The yarn contains pre consumer and post consumer recycled material and the backing also includes pre consumer recycled content, helping to reduce environmental impact.
Thanks to the non directional installation method you save time and create almost no cutting waste.
This product comes standard with Cool Carpet, our program that offsets the CO₂ emissions produced throughout the entire lifecycle of the carpet.

Easy installation
These carpet tiles are easy to install yourself. All you need is a good utility knife and TacTiles. These accessories can be ordered from us.
These tiles meet project class 33 and fire class S1.
