Returns & Withdrawal
Would you like to return your order or exercise your statutory right of withdrawal? You can easily notify us of your withdrawal using the form below. No account or login is required.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products.
After submitting the form, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email confirming that we have received your withdrawal request.
Once we have received your withdrawal request, we will refund your payment as soon as possible and no later than 14 days thereafter. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that you have sent them back. If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery charges. The costs of returning the products are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Important
Please inspect the products carefully before installing, processing or gluing them.
During the withdrawal period, you may inspect the products as you would in a physical store. Please return the products complete, unused, clean and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
If the products have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, or if they have been installed, glued, damaged or returned incomplete, we may deduct an appropriate amount for any loss in value. This does not automatically affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
If your order arrived damaged, incomplete or contains a manufacturing defect, you do not need to use the withdrawal procedure. Please contact us at info@carpettilesoutlet.co.uk so that we can assist you under our warranty or complaints procedure.
