Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.
Shipping cost
The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically (see our country-specific websites). For the Islands and remote areas, additional surcharges may apply. These are calculated automatically once you enter your address.
Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.
Product description
Extra insulation: these tiles are therefore thicker, with a total thickness of about 9 mm. They provide extra sound absorption and additional thermal insulation in winter.
Part of the Common Ground Collection
The Common Ground Collection consists of two designs: the finely textured leaf patterns of the Unify series and the subtle linear style of Unity, both radiating modern East Asian elegance.
The patterns of Unify are inspired by the natural elegance of bamboo leaves and contain recycled materials in both the yarn and the backing construction. With several neutral colours and two distinct designs, you can easily create a floor that perfectly matches your personal taste and style.
