Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.
Shipping cost
The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically (see our country-specific websites). For the Islands and remote areas, additional surcharges may apply. These are calculated automatically once you enter your address.
Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.
Product description
Composure – rust en balans geïnspireerd door de natuur
Surrounded by distractions, we lose our ability to connect and focus. Nature restores our sense of calm and helps us feel more grounded. The Composure collection is inspired by natural rock formations and creates a tranquil, comfortable platform. The collection offers a wide range of neutral, pastel and bright colourways, as well as the transitional Composure Edge, which facilitates a seamless flow from one colour to the next. Thanks to its organic, non-directional design, Composure can be installed effortlessly across large areas.
CQuest™Bio
CQuest™Bio is made with a bio-composite containing bio-based and recycled fillers. These materials, when measured on a standalone basis, are net carbon negative.
CQuest™BioX
CQuest™BioX is our backing that stores the most carbon. It is made with the same material composition as CQuest™Bio, but with a higher concentration of carbon negative materials.
