Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.

Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.

Attention! These are B-choice carpettiles.
These are new carpet tiles in Interface's original packaging. However, there are carpet tiles in between which may have glue residue on the sides. See pictures. These glue residues can easily be cut away with a sharp knife, the cloth of the carpet tile is completely in order. This makes the price even lower than you are used to from us. It is important to know that the B-Choice is not in the dimensions. The tiles are all 100% 25x100cm and will be delivered new in the original Interface packaging.
