Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.

Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.

Note: These carpet tiles are second-choice quality.
This means that some tiles may have slight weaving defects or small structural irregularities. As a result, when laid in the same direction, they may not always fit perfectly seamlessly. These new carpet tiles come directly from the Interface factory and are delivered in their original packaging.

- Condition: New, in original packaging
- Dimensions: 50 × 50 cm, with no size deviations
- Quality: The weaving defects and structural irregularities do not affect the durability or functionality of the tiles
- Great value: Even cheaper than our regular offers
Our advice: Lay the tiles in a checkerboard pattern for a playful effect that minimizes the visibility of any irregularities.
