Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.
Shipping cost
The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically (see our country-specific websites). For the Islands and remote areas, additional surcharges may apply. These are calculated automatically once you enter your address.
Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.
Product description
Note: These carpet tiles are second-choice quality.
This means that some tiles may have slight weaving imperfections or minor structural variations.
As a result, when installed in the same direction, they may not always align perfectly seamlessly.
These brand-new carpet tiles come directly from the Interface factory and are supplied in their original packaging.
Important information about our second-choice carpet tiles:
- Condition: New, in original packaging
- Dimensions: 50 x 50 cm, with no size deviations
- Quality: Weaving imperfections or structural variations do not affect the tiles’ durability or performance
- Great value: Competitively priced – even cheaper than our regular offers!
Our advice: Lay the tiles in a checkerboard pattern for a dynamic effect that helps reduce the visibility of any irregularities.
