Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.
Shipping cost
The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically (see our country-specific websites). For the Islands and remote areas, additional surcharges may apply. These are calculated automatically once you enter your address.
Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.
Product description
Humans find meaning everywhere they look. We create a story based on what we see to make sense of the world. The Narratives Skinny Planks tell a fascinating tale about contrast and minimalism. NS230 features a figurative pattern created by differences in pile height and construction, while NS231 is defined by a linear pattern with less contrast in height. Use the different textures on their own or combine them in various ways. Narratives offers a solid yet soft foundation, contributing to the quiet circumstances we need to do our best work.
