Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.
Shipping cost
The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically (see our country-specific websites). For the Islands and remote areas, additional surcharges may apply. These are calculated automatically once you enter your address.
Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.
Product description
On Line Planks carpet tiles with a SONE backing: extra sound-absorbing and in winter extra heat-insulating.
SONE® is a new integrated acoustic backing. SONE has been designed with the user in mind and enhances both the acoustics and comfort of the foot. These tiles are therefore thicker than 9 mm total thickness. SONE offers a sound absorption value of at least αw 0.40 and reduces contact noise for better concentration and communication.

On Line / Off Line is a collection of Skinny Planks that offers a wide spectrum of possibilities. Off Line features a linear design consisting of two colours that are perfectly matched with the vibrant On Line solid tiles.
Combine the two for smooth transitions between neutrals and brights, hard and soft lines. Play with the layout to create your own composition at the scale you want. Use Off Line to establish a soft border between two or more On Line colours or create a playful image using the Off Line tiles as accents. You can even stimulate wayfinding with a band of contrasting colour.
Everything is possible with the right connection. Both On Line and Off Line can be installed ashlar or herringbone.
These carpet tiles measure 25x100cm.
