Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.
Shipping cost
The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically (see our country-specific websites). For the Islands and remote areas, additional surcharges may apply. These are calculated automatically once you enter your address.
Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.
Product description
Paradox II is unique because the carpet tile is produced with a new microtuft technology. This technology allowed us to create a highly durable product that combines the practical advantages of a hard floor with the advantages of a carpet. The carpet tile is suitable for a wide range of laying possibilities, eg in the office, in the shop building, in hotel rooms, in airport lounges or in other high-frequency areas. The product can be laid monolithically (in one direction) or dualistically - saving time and money and providing a benefit to the publisher.
