Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.
Shipping cost
The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically (see our country-specific websites). For the Islands and remote areas, additional surcharges may apply. These are calculated automatically once you enter your address.
Delivery time: 3-5 working days
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.
Product description
Note: SONE® carpet tiles are thicker
SONE® carpet tiles are thicker (approximately 9 mm) due to the additional insulation layer compared to carpet tiles with a standard backing. These usually range from 5 to 7 mm in thickness. Keep this in mind when installing or combining carpet tiles.
Due to the extra insulation, these tiles are not suitable for underfloor heating.
Advantages of an integrated SONE® backing
- Superior soundproofing: reduces impact sound by up to 33 dB (standard backing: 14–28 dB), creating a quieter environment.
- Excellent thermal insulation: provides extra comfort in winter.
- High walking comfort: the thicker backing feels soft and pleasant underfoot.
Luxurious, Extra Soft Carpet Tiles
The Polichrome collection from Interface offers a luxurious flooring solution that combines comfort and style. The solid colours in this collection give any interior a refined and timeless look.
Polichrome carpet tiles create a seamless, wall-to-wall effect, but also offer countless combination possibilities for unique patterns and colour accents. Ideal for both modern living spaces and professional environments.
