Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.

Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.

The 301 tiles are made from 100 percent solution dyed polyamide, known for excellent colour fastness and long lasting durability. The strong Graphlex backing provides extra dimensional stability, making Series 1.301 ideal for high traffic commercial environments such as offices, education spaces, hospitality and public buildings.
