Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.
Shipping cost
The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically (see our country-specific websites). For the Islands and remote areas, additional surcharges may apply. These are calculated automatically once you enter your address.
Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.
Product description
Each Superflor (Heuga Flor S) tile is given its traditional appearance and feel thanks to its special production in the "Needle-Punching" process. Each room can be enriched with several amazing colors, with soothing, neutral shades, as well as with striking paint sprays. Intensive loading is no problem for Superflor and offers an unrivaled service life with outstanding performance. 82.5% polyamide nylon, 17.5% viscose.
We have to order these tiles from the Interface factory. The delivery time is therefore slightly longer than you are used to from us.
