Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.

Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.
Product description
Note: these carpet tiles are B-grade.
This means that some tiles may have slight weaving flaws or small irregularities in the structure. As a result, when laid in the same direction, the tiles may sometimes not fit perfectly seamlessly. These new carpet tiles come directly from the Interface factory and are delivered in their original box.
Important information about our B-grade carpet tiles
- Condition: new, in original packaging.
- Dimensions: 50x50 cm, no deviations in size.
- Quality: the weaving flaws and structural irregularities do not affect the durability or functionality of the tiles.
- Price advantage: they are attractively priced – even cheaper than our regular offers.
Our advice: lay the tiles quarter-turn for a playful effect that makes any irregularities less noticeable.
