Shipping costs and delivery
Our carpet tiles are of high quality, making them sturdy and relatively heavy. A 50x50 cm tile weighs on average 1 kilo. As a result, shipping costs may sometimes be higher than expected. Certain carpet tiles can only be shipped on a pallet to prevent damage.

Delivery time
Depends on the country.
Delivery
The driver delivers up to the first entrance door of the building. For flats or apartment complexes, delivery is only made to the central entrance door. It is not possible to receive a call in advance or to arrange a specific delivery appointment with the carrier. We cannot provide an exact delivery date.
All our deliveries are made by DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to call you before delivery.

Latest concept also suitable for commercial purposes. Mix of first choice Interface Skinny Planks 25x100cm extra isolation carpet tiles in various shades of gray, brauwn and color for a bold styling of your space, these planks can be laid either in a wild context or in a herringbone pattern.
Note: SONE® carpet tiles are thicker carpet tiles
SONE® carpet tiles are thicker (+/- 9mm) due to the additional insulation layer compared to carpet tiles with a standard backing. These usually range from 5 to 7 mm thick. Keep this in mind when installing or combining carpet tiles.
Due to the extra insulation, these tiles are NOT suitable for underfloor heating.
Advantages of an integrated SONE® backing:
• Superior soundproofing: Reduces impact sound by up to 33 dB (standard backing reduces impact sound by 14-28 dB), creating a quieter environment.
• Excellent thermal insulation: Provides extra comfort in the winter.
• High walking comfort: The thicker backing feels soft and pleasant underfoot.
